PRESIDENT'S WORD by Gaétan Ruel

At the moment of this writing, it is the time immediately preceding the Christmas period.

I would like to wish you to take advantage as much as possible of this period of the year so propitious for gatherings, gratitude, generosity and, in our speedy world, to make a pause and apreciate the simple joy of a few peaceful moments spent with the family.

But I know that when you will receive the present issue of the Autosiaste, that holiday period will be over yet; I hope all the same that it will have been a very pleasant one.

On the other hand, the year 1999 is just beginning. I want to send you my most sincere wishes for a good, happy and prosperous new year and I am convinced your Club will contribute to this by offering you a lot of activities for your greatest pleasure.

All the members of the Board unite to me to express the same wishes to you.
